Just to add one more point, you can populate the payment currency in the document while posting to make payment in that currency
Eg - TRansaction is in USD, but your vendor is OK to receive paymengt in EUR/.. Update EUR as payment curr in your doc
If your FBZP is set up for EUR, you can leverage existing config and make the payment
