do the following configuration for Offf cycle in case of Separation scenario
1. Create a new wage type in info type 0015 i.e. ( 3MR0) -- for Off cycle balance payment
2. Create a new exemption wage type for -- 3MR0 update in table v_t7int9 & v_t7ina9 accordingly.
When employee left a company then no need to run off cycle for that employee. you have to paid his/her balance off cycle reimbursement at the time of Full and final settlement only. so do the above configuration and run payroll the system will calculate exemption and check whether it is display in form 16 or not ? it is not display in form 16 then create evaluation classed and assign to new created wage type if any help need revert.
