is there any context in universe? if yes, then please check whether all joins are path of the context. (by comparing joins in 3.1 and 4.1 versions of univ)
is there any aggregate aware set up in universe? if yes, then pls check if there is any incompatibility set or not..( by going to Tools > Aggregate Navigation in universe)
