Hi Rakesh,
1) You have check in the system if there are any model wage types provided by SAP and need to copy them into your customer name space.When you do so the characteristics of model WTs get copied to your custom WTs. This can be done using T-Code- OH11
2) Then you have to maintain the Processing, Cumulation and Evaluation class for the WT in V_512W_D table.
3) Also check for the WT character in table V_T511 for direct/indirect valuation model.
4) The table V_T512Z contains the WT permissability per IT for each country. This needs to be maintained so that you can select the WTs in IT0008.
