Dear Experts,
Recently we had patch upgrade in our system 20 days back. Our main concern for patch level upgrade was income tax not deducting as per rules, and Form16 not showing proper values. I got the same reply from SAP as well to upgrade patch level so as to fix this issue. After the upgrade I can see that income tax related issue is resolved finally. But in form16, in page number 2, blank values are coming. What all configuration changes do i need to make so as to make the entries correct in second page? I am using TCode PC00_M40_F16.
Please help me to solve the issue.
