When you say it used to work before, what has been changed?
Kindly verify if your Acrobat Reader version got updated on local machine.
As per supported Platform Guide, below versions are supported with BO 3.1 SP5.
- Acrobat Reader 9.0
- Acrobat Reader 9.1.x - 9.2.x Compatible Support* with respect to Acrobat Reader 9.0
- Acrobat Reader 9.3
- Acrobat Reader X (10.0)
Try to open the same PDF on any other machine to isolate printer drivers issue.
