Can you please check the DSN connection on the server and also check that no one has renamed it in the universe design module.
1. Go to 'Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC)'
2. Locate the 'LMS_Reports' system DSN
3. Check that it is pointing to the correct reporting database and has the correct login details.
4. Test that the connection works ... And check wether your DSN connection is responding..
if it is working then check is your ID, included in to the ABC group? if yes....but still getting the error please check with administrator with the details of the error that occurred.
