Hi everyone,
We have upgraded to Office 365, so we don't have local installs of Office programs. That has resulted in us not being able to open IMG notes anymore. I am on a crusade to rescue my IMG notes. Image may be NSFW.

I have managed to find the documents in SE61, but they're in some sort of weird .dot format. I tried downloading one in every format available in the download menu, but none of them convert into anything readable in Word. I even tried copying and pasting the text directly into Word on the off chance that it would convert to something readable with no luck.
Does anybody know how I can recover / download those documents into something Word can read?
