Hi Somasundar,
Your screenshot clearly shows Variable dep portion assigned as 100 so depreciation will be multiplied with shift factor.
Attach the second scrrenshot correctly to display shift factor also. It must be 2 thats why system calculates depreciation double.
Since the from date is 01.04.2014 it will calculate double from 01.04.2014 onwards.
