So would the IT admin download these 2 add-ins to the deployment "libary" first ?

or does the tool own the Admin privelege and still download it from our cloud server ?

There were some detailed questions as a followup aournd proxy user settings:

• What happens when user changes password every 90 days
• Are we able to utilize the proxy PAC file we use in internet explorer? Or use set
  it to use IE’s settings?
• Multi language support? (French, Chinese, Portuguese, etc)
• Is there a xml or config file saved when the connection is first established?
