Hi experts,
I have a busines requirement to create a letter out of the CRM interac tion center.
The desired process is that we have identified and confirmed a customer in the interaction center. After we finished the customers request we want to send him a letter using the "Letter" workaerea within the IC - we do not want to use the word templates!
I can create a letter and use the email standard repliy text elements there. After I press send system says the letter was sent, but I cant figure out what happend with the letter. It seem to have vanished somewere ....
Cann anybody help to bring the letter onto any printer?
