Hi Raju,
You can control this in the setup of the Availability check control.
In t-code: OPJK you can find what is the checking rule that you are using. Check in business function 1 or 2, depending on if you execute the batck determination during the release or creation.
In the material master, MRP3 you have the availability check.
Finally, with the checking rule and the availability check, go to OVZ9 and check Incl.quality insp.stock indicator.
