there is also a hyperlink wizard in cr that steps you through the hyperlink creation...assuming that you've got businessobjects enterprise or cr server and your target report is saved to this enterprise system.
in the source report, right click on the object that you wish to link from and choose Format Object > Hyperlink tab > A Website on the Internet > Create Enterprise Hyperlink.
when you browse for the Document ID and choose your target report, any prompts on the target report will be available for mapping in the wizard.
