Header Material not displayed in IBSP table for IBASE

Hello Expert ,

I have created Ibase for one HDR Material as below through IB51

When I pass this I base number-23653 through table IBIN ,I am getting instances for all component including Header ,

When I Pass this instances through IBST to getting Valid from date to valid to date through IBSP ,I am not getting data for Header Material Instances

as per below screen shot for instance 23654 ,

Could you please help me to find out this details for Header Material ,Why it is not showing this details
