My client who is one of the leading wireless service provider in USA. They have 60% of their products have returns, claims, repairs and recycling. They use reverse logistics to reach the centralized triage to rectify the issue and resale the same product to different customer as refurbished.
This way they end up losing only their revenue by 5-10% than losing the entire portion.
How well this can be handled using SAP? Suggestion, documents are welcome.
