Good day
I have a client requirement as below and need your expertise on how to design this for Philippines.
Requirement : Configure a Absence type which will be be valuated in payroll as below
First 3 months - Full Pay
Next 3 months - 50% pay
Remaining period - Nil Pay
I know something like this is possible for Great Britain where the absence rules are as complex to serve the legal requirements however could you please let me know how we can configure above.
Appreciate your inputs
Other work around which i though was to have three different Absences types being valuated as per the policy above
