Hi Consultants,
I am facing a issue which is one of the user is not able to create Work order from IH01 t-code, where other users able to do so. I checked with security
but they are saying all roles and authorizations provided to the user. Even they compared the roles with the one who able to create the order from IH01 and found all same.
I tell Security guys to refresh the user roles, also copy the role of the user who can able to create the order to the effected user.They done both the things but problem still the same.
Is it anything related to Functional side.Is any point which I am missing while checking the issue.
Security guys also not able to find the solution. So please guys provide me any information on this. So that this can be resolved.
I am talking about the below mentioned screen shot. The screen is taken with my Id where I can able to create the same.
