From what i understand, SOP is a more advanced way for creating your future sales plan, since you can include some more elements that you can do in consumption forecasting.
Is there any significant factor for choosing one over the other? In other words, what would guide me to choose creating an infostructure (SOP) or stick with the "simple" forecasting?
