yes you can do this.
let say you have customer wise revenue.
First create 2 reports
drag customer & revenue objects on both the reports.
Now provide the formula like
ranking =rank(revenue)
which will rank to customer as per revenue.
Now drag the newly created object on both the reports.
Now on first report apply report level filter like ranking <= 10.
And like wise on second report apply condition like ranking between 11 to 20
