Well, I am guessing that every time you are trying to navigate you are trying to create a dialog but this dialog always has the same id and that is not valid.
So you can either
- destroy your dialog after closing
or
- instantiate it once and use this instance everytime.
--> Instantiate it and keep the reference accessible
