Yes you will not get any thing ... your short cut will just call the BEx analyzer (Excel with BEx addins).
If you click on Add-ins tab on the top of Excell you can find the Tool bar over there.
You can't directly get the BEx report out put in excell by clicking on the short cut.
This i'm asking you from your short cut screen shot description is written as 4.5 purchasing Tracking ....
There is no need to reinstall GUI ... as mehdi already said its working fine but with blank excel screen with add-ins.
Once you get the excel blank screen -- goto add- ins tab and open the query or workbook you want to execute.
