Following the steps mentioned by you a smiliar URL is generated. which is as:

http://<MY SAP SERVER NAME>:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=<CLIENT>

But in the above comment you mentioned as :

generally, URL should be like below:

 

 

 

http://********:8000/sap/bc/ping?sap-client=400

Do i need the generated URL to something like this http://********:8000/sap/bc/ping?sap-client=400  to proceed further?

Am i missing something on this?
