Cannot see "Send to External Service Desk"

Hello gurus,

I need your help. Currently, I am working on connecting two Solmans. Nobody in my country did such kind of project.

I created Technical User (Customer) and RFC connection (RFC is works fine on both side) in accordance with "How To Setup ServiceDesk 2 ServiceDesk Connection", i.e. I did everything mentioned in that document but when I create an incident message on customer solman, I cannot send it to VAR's solman. in Action there is no Send to External Service desk option.

1. To process the created message, should I login with Technical user(Customer) created to CRM?

2. If the status "Sent to External Service Desk" is not generated automatically how can I create a new status and assign it to the specific action?

3. How to sync statuses on customer and VAR's solmans?


Please help to resolve the issue.

PS. Both solmans are on different networks.
