SQL Query need to delete last 4 digits of Object Id in where condition

Hello All,       In Select Query, in where condition I have to put Object ID which i need to compare, but i want the way that last 4 digit of Object Id should be delete.       Like : Select  VGART BUDAT MBLNR  from table MKPF  on the base of selection screen selected criteria(MBLNR = BBP_PDBEH-OBJECT_ID(delete last 4 digit)). Please suggest me. Thanks Sankil
