We are on SAP Portal 7.3 and we have our third party benefits vendor website and i created the URL iView and i am trying to launch from portal, i am getting below error:

I saw the properties of the above window on portal, i am getting below URL:

res://ieframe.dll/forbidframing.htm#https://BENEFITS.COM

I am not sure why i am getting this: res://ieframe.dll/forbidframing.htm# infroent of my vendor website. Could you please someone tell me how can i resolve this issue.
